As former acquisition executives, we understand how the Government makes important decisions on acquisition issues. These issues include why the Government selects specific procurement vehicles, how decisions are made on the use of small business programs, and finally, how to improve contract performance and CPARS ratings through targeted improvements in Government/Industry communications.
